• A genuine 360 degree virtual tour of your home
• All negotiations with buyer and/or buyer’s agent
• All required paperwork & mandated disclosures
• Interaction with inspectors, appraiser & escrow officer


THE FINE PRINT: Listing agreements allow for 'ADDITIONAL TERMS'. The following statement is included under 'ADDITIONAL TERMS' on our listing agreements and/or addendum.

"We offer a 2 for 1 concept, meaning we do 2 sides for the price of doing one side. This can happen when List4Free procures the buyer or when there are 2 transations, one side for the listed property and one side for the replacement property.

When List4Free procures the buyer the listing side commission will be credited back directly through escrow thus the listing commission is free.

When there are 2 transactions the commssions are combined. 50% of the commission is then paid when the first transaction closes and 50% of the commission will be credited back directly through escrow when the second property closes.

The replacement property must be identified prior to the close of the first escrow. The replacement property must be listed in one of the MLS boards within California. ."
